The owner of Neat Freaks Housekeeping works hard to provide a great place to work for Stay-at-Home Moms. Part-time employment, usually 3 days per week, 3-6 hours per day scheduling those hours in between your carpool.

Must have strong attention to details!

Training and all supplies provided

Most clients are in Parker, Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch so commuting is minimal.

We hire based on character and work ethic.
We can teach you to clean; we can’t teach you to be nice.

A note from the Original Owner of Neat Freaks, Amy Gibbs:

I started this business 15 years ago because I found myself unemployed and pregnant with my third child. It was the bust of telecom and high tech.  I was frustrated and depressed.  It was right before 9-11.  I love to clean and I needed the exercise.  The whole time I was employed, I traveled and consistently found myself disappointed with my cleaners that were hired.  So when I found myself unemployed and needing exercise, it was the first thing to come to mind!
Problems in the cleaning industry that I personally experienced were: language barriers, lack of care with my belongings, the retention rate of the cleaners in my home and lack of knowledge how to clean my fixtures.  It became my mission to fix these problems.  I hired stay at mom’s and students who needed part-time and flexible hours.  I trained them well covering a variety of fixtures and surfaces.  I had a very generous and competitive wage plan enabling long-term retention.
I care very deeply for my staff.  This is a very physical job and I work hard to make it as enjoyable as possible.  The first step is hiring people who actually love to clean.  If you are one of them…call me!
